How do I place an order?

All orders must be placed online using the audmatic shopping cart. After your order has been processed, you will receive an email verifying your order details. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and will be shipped to you using the shipping method that you have specified.


How do you ship?

All packages are shipped via UPS within the time frame that you have specified (Ground, 3-day, 2-day or Overnight). Please make sure that you note the price of shipping before you complete your order (sometimes people are surprised to find that overnight shipping is very expensive!) All shipping costs are calculated by UPS online using the approximate weight of the package and the zip code of the destination.


How do I return or exchange something?

Sorry, we accept exchanges only- no refunds. All exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please send merchandise for exchanges to:

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately our shopping cart is set up for domestic shipping only. However, if you are interested in placing an order and are outside of the US, please email us with your request and shipping info at info@audmatic.com.


How do I care for my garments?

All printed tees can be machine washed. Garments with embroidery, appliqué, or other embellishments should be washed by hand in cool water and then laid flat to dry. To iron, place a dishtowel or other similar fabric over the embellishment and iron on low temperature, moving iron frequently to remove wrinkles. Direct contact with embroidery or appliqué by the iron can result in scorching and may ruin the garment. All t-shirts except those with leather appliqué can also be dry cleaned.
